DESCRIPTION:The Swedish Sea Rescue Society is involved in around 90 percent
  of all sea rescue missions in Sweden. The Society is financed by membersh
 ip fees\, donations and voluntary work. The Society operates over 270 vess
 els in 73 rescue stations around the Swedish coast and in the major lakes.
  Thanks to 2 500 volunteer crew members\, rescue services are always avail
 able within 15 minutes 24 hours a day\, all year round and in any weather.
  The Swedish Sea Rescue Society has more than 146 000 members\, and reciev
 es no government funding. Today\, we will hear more about this organizatio
 n and what they do\, as Dr Pelle Gustafson\, orthopedic surgeon and sea re
 scuer\, will join us for our breakfast meeting.
